Household Waste
This type of bin is for the home-owner who wants to clean house as much as the homeowner who doesn’t want to clean house. If you’ve got general house hold things that you need to part with, this is the bin for you.
What we’ll accept:
- General waste
- Rubbish from the yard
- Previously hoarded junk
- Clothing, books, old toys
- Electrical goods (i.e. heaters, entertainment, white goods)
- Tables, furniture & equipment
- Packaging waste (i.e. Styrofoam, paper & cardboard)
- Textiles
- Car parts
Additional costs:
- Single Mattress: $80 each.
- Double Mattress: $95 each.
- Car tyres: $30 each.
- 4WD tyres: $55 each.
- Truck tyres: $80 each.
Green Waste
If it was recently growing out of the ground, it can go in here. This lot will be recycled into mulch, so please ensure that there are no surprises! (… that’s green waste only)
What we’ll accept:
- Green waste (leaves, branches, trunks, etc)
Additional costs:
- Large tree stumps from $80 each.
Concrete Waste
Despite the name, we’ll accept more than just what the average person considers to be concrete. We’ll take all forms of masonry, just make sure it’s not covered in glue or stuck to other non-masonry materials.
What we’ll accept:
- Concrete
- Bricks
- Pavers
- Blocks
- Clean tiles (i.e. roof tiles & tiles without glue stuck to them)
Builders & Light Demolition
True to it’s name, this waste type is for off cuts and stripped out or broken pieces of buildings. If you’re getting rid of non-wet area materials, this bin is for you.
What we’ll accept:
- Waste from refurbishments
- Natural materials
- Timber offcuts and benches
- Plaster and Gyprock
- Flooring
- Fibro & Villaboard
- Plastics
- Metals
Additional costs:
- Carpet and underlay may be extra
Heavy Demolition
This is the complex bin, for things that just can’t be recycled or reused. Typically used for things stuck together like materials from wet-area demolitions (bathrooms, laundry, kitchens etc). Tiles stuck to wall material or surfaces that have been waterproofed.
What we’ll accept:
- Pretty much anything that isn’t in the next section
What we don’t accept:
- No green waste
- No Asbestos
Materials we Don't Accept
We take a lots of rubbish from homeowners and commercials, but there are some things that we don’t accept.
- No Asbestos.
- No Dirt.
- No liquid waste.
- No food waste.
- No biohazard or chemical waste
Please be aware: If these materials are found in the bins, there will be a reloading fee and additional disposal costs. Also, the contents of this skip bin remains the property of the hiring person/business until paid for in full. By using our services, the hiring person/business agrees to any additional fees (if applicable).
